We value the trust that has been put in us and will protect that trust by respecting the privacy of all clients, potential clients, newsletter subscribers, and Web site visitors. This policy explains the type of information we collect and how we use it.
Coaching clients provide information in forms, questionnaires, and exercises, as well as in conversation. We consider this information crucial to developing an ongoing, sustainable, and trusting relationship and therefore hold it in the strictest of confidence. All coaches adhere and follow the ethical guideline set forth by International Coaching Federation, which includes privacy statements.
Newsletter subscribers provide an email address. We use this information to send the Elements newsletter and occasional other key messages from the business practice. We do not sell or share email addresses, nor do we use them for any other distribution purposes.
Corporate clients may fill out forms, share various corporate documents, or send email. We may also acquire some corporate information during on-site visits. We consider all information provided by corporate clients to be confidential, and use it only to enhance the quality of the services we provide. Even if we have not signed a formal non-disclosure agreement, we assume an implied non-disclosure agreement for all corporate and potential corporate clients. (Potential clients are people with whom we have discussed providing services within the past year.)
We assure Website visitors that the information collected on this site is not shared, nor is it available for use by the Web site host and that the site has security measures in place to protect the site. See www.acornhost.com for site security measures.
